We have been using the services of Spanky's off and on since 2002. We have "old" paper type sewer lines to the city line and they are subject to clogging due to the roots of a very old oak tree. We average a de-clogging about every 7-9mos. We have always had extremely courteous plumbers who have gotten right to work, answering my questions, if any, and completing the job very quickly and throughly. A young man, Joel, was here this AM (07/16/2008) and completed the job in less than 30min!!! It has been some 8mos since the last visit with the service fee only having increased by $3.00!! That was the first fee increase for us in more than two years, so we are well pleased, especially with the cost of fuel being so high. Spanky's has done other repairs for us over the years, with the same professional results and fair pricing.
