I recently viewed a property that was very nice. I ended up not getting the property and asked for my deposit back on a property that I had not filled out any paperwork on including the application. Upon my request for my security deposit back, the agent rudely ended her phone conversation with a customer to interject that I had to wait for my deposit back. She also went on to tell me that they had already taken the house off of the market, yet I drive by daily on my commute to work and the sign was plainly displayed for rent. And she also told me that her stockholders can first and she was not going to do me any favors by expediting the speedy return of my security deposit. After she so rudely stated that she did not twist my arm to get my deposit, I think the same should go about the return of a deposit on a house that I have yet to step foot in or fill out any paperwork for. This is a warning to all potential clients, they just want your money and they don't even pretend to be nice about it. Unless you are in a life or death situation, I recommend any one other than Real Estate Services Company. Sealy perhaps.
