I only use Gilda's for their massage services. I have no complaints and always feel so relaxed after a massage appointment. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
Just a bad experience

I went to get my hair colored from blonde to dark brown which is an inital shock anyways. I had to blow dry my own hair while the girl that orginally was working on my hair started on another girl and I let them know that I wasn't happy. After paying $45 mind you that my hair is still half wet and not fixed, the girl called me back and was like come back and well put a few small highlights in it so it wont be so dark. So I agreed then I went back and she charged me $60 this time. I was so mad. Well giving the salon the benefit of the doubt. I decided to make an appointment for a brailizian wax. Well after rescheduling twice come to find out the price I was given wasn't right and the second appointment we made was going to have to be rescheduled due to a miscommunitcation which was the excuse the first time about my hair. I find this salon very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to this salon. There is a girl Amber that works there and she is great. I would love for her to continue to do my hair, but I will not be back to this salon EVER. Obviously an unworthy customer!!
