Never Rent With Them

This was the worst rental company I have ever rented from! I rented in Tuscaloosa from 3 different companies and Allied Reality was by far the worst. They never fixed anything and if you called to ask they would say they had already fixed it and never do anything. One time the repair man they hired to do household repairs put up blinds and I asked him to check my loose celing fan he didn't want to fix it then so he left. An hour later the fan fell from the celing and almost hit me. The same guy came and cut it down and It took 10 days to fix it, I had no light the whole time. This was one of many problems. They also lost the master key to the house found it days later and never replaced the locks. There is no telling who had keys to our house. Finally when we moved in the other people moved out the day before and left stuff everywhere, and we had to clean up the other peoples mess. The house was nice overall but Allied Reality was horriable and I would never rent from them again even if I had to pay way more in rent somewhere else.
